With Emmanuel, every morning and every afternoon you can officiate in this Bulthaup kitchen which ressembles the home kitchen and not a professional one in order to be in the same conditions as in the house.
After 24 years of discovery and experience, I felt like passing onto the greatest number of people, the pleasure of marine and vegetable cooking with some spices. Thanks to the participation of Emmanuel, we can make it a little like practical work but in good spirits.
